This week on Valley Edition we take an in depth look at the issues of life without heat for the residents of one Fresno based apartment complex. KVPR Reporter Diana Aguilera visits the complex and finds families in need. Later, KVPR Reporter Ezra David Romero brings a first person story about an elderly couple grappling with household water issues in Madera County. We also learn about developments along the High Speed Rail Line. Ending the program, Fresno Bee Editorial Page Editor Bill McEwen joins the program to talk local politics. 

Joe Moore is the President and General Manager of KVPR / Valley Public Radio. He has led the station through major programming changes, the launch of KVPR Classical and the COVID-19 pandemic.
