This year marks the 75th anniversary of the publication of John Steinbeck’s tale of the Dust Bowl emigration to California – the Grapes of Wrath. The event, which is presented by the Kegley Institute of Ethics, will feature will feature a discussion led by award-winning author and organic farmer, David Mas Masumoto. The panel will also include Jill Egland, Director of Community Development, United Way of Kern County; Aaron Hegde, Director of CSUB's Environmental Resource Management Program; and Fatima Hernandez, BIA Accredited Representative, UFW Foundation.
