Radiolab
Mondays at 7:00 p.m.

Radiolab is one of the most beloved podcasts and public radio programs in the world. The show is known for its deep-dive journalism and innovative sound design. It currently airs Monday nights at 7:00 p.m. on KVPR. You can find recent episodes and more information at the Radiolab website.

Created in 2002 by host Jad Abumrad, Radiolab began as an exploration of science, philosophy, and ethics using innovative composition and sound design. Radiolab has expanded and evolved to become a platform for long-form journalism and storytelling. The show challenges its listeners’ preconceived notions about how the world works. Radiolab provokes, it moves, it delights, and it asks its audience to see the world around them anew.

Radiolab is co-hosted by Lulu Miller and Latif Nasser. Longtime co-host Robert Krulwich retired in February 2020.

Radiolab has won some of the most prestigious awards in journalism, including two George Foster Peabody Awards, Third Coast awards, The Silver Gavel, as well as other accolades. In 2011 Abumrad received the MacArthur Genius grant. The show has spawned successful spinoff series, like More PerfectGonadsThe Other LatifGBorder Trilogy, and Radiolab for Kids

Radiolab has a rich archive of hundreds of episodes. Some of our favorites include Colors60 WordsOliver SippleLost & FoundLos FrikisStochasticity, and The Punchline.
