This week on Valley Edition reporter Ezra David Romero explores the only Spanish language theater in Fresno. He also reports from the spot on Millerton Lake in Fresno County where a new reservoir could be built if the Water Bond is passed on the November ballot. VE Host Joe Moore is joined by Manuel Cunha with the Nisei Farmers Leagueand Barbara Barragon-Parilla with No On Prop 1 to talk about the bond. 

Also on the program Mark Standriff with the City of Fresno speaks with Moore about a series of water forums that began in September. 

Ending the program Bakersfield Californian Executive EditorRobert Price joins Moore to talk about Vice President Joe Biden's visit to Kern County.
