Across the San Joaquin valley some school districts are facing a new problem. It has to do with keeping substitute teachers in the classroom.Hannah Furfaro, an education reporter for the Fresno Bee, who reported on the issue earlier this month joined Valley Edition host Joe Moore for a conversation on her reporting.
