The terrorist attacks in France in mid November has people mourning around the world. That includes French people and those with French ancestry in Central California. Frédéric Martin grew up in Paris and moved to the US in his early 20s. He's the president of the Alliance Française de Fresno. He joins Valley Edition Host Joe Moore to to talk more about how the French community is recuperating in the Valley.
